Small-scale sludge combustion technology has long been considered a technical challenge.
This
is primarily
because sludge contains 80–98% moisture, making direct combustion difficult and requiring
energy-intensive pre-treatment processes. In addition, small systems are highly sensitive to changes
in
combustion conditions, making stable operation difficult. Most existing technologies have been
developed
for large-scale plants, and miniaturizing these systems presents significant technical constraints.
Integrating such complex processes into a compact and efficient system requires advanced design and
control technologies — which is why truly compact sludge combustion solutions have been so difficult
to
realize.
Our patented Combustion System enables the safe and complete onsite treatment of fecal sludge — eliminating the need for transport or secondary pollution. Using rapid, high-efficiency heating powered by induction technology, it minimizes emissions while reducing sludge volume by over 99% and producing only a minimal amount of pathogen-free ash — setting a new standard for decentralized sanitation.
