Who founded With Masters?

With Masters is a company founded by Jong-ho Kim, former president and CMO (Chief Manufacturing Officer) at Samsung. He managed a total of 40 Samsung global factories and was responsible for the production of 500 million mobile phones annually, with about 150,000 employees worldwide. During the Covid period, he developed Low Dead Space syringes to ensure vaccine supply and shared his expertise and experience with numerous SMEs to increase the productivity of diagnostic kits and masks in order to overcome COVID-19. He successfully increased the productivity of many SMEs by over 50%, and he has made significant contributions to society. As the Director of Samsung Smart Factory Center for the past three years, he has helped innovate and transition approximately 2,800 small and medium-sized enterprises in Korea into smart factories as part of his social contribution activities.

We also provide our proprietary sludge-free combustion module, ‘OLO Combustor’, that eliminates biosolids safely and efficiently.
